Good state of mind is the half of success

　　　　——Young Teacher Training Meeting held in Tanghu middle school

　　Having a good state of mind is the half of success .In order to help young teachers develop a correct and good state of mind, Young Teachers’ Training Meeting was held in Tanghu Middle School by president Xiong in Lecture One at 7p.m on Nov.6,2008. The supervisory personnel (督导)of school, Mr. He, gave a speech. Teachers who were under 35 attended the meeting.

　　To start with, president Xiong announced the list of the　assistants.AppointingLiuMian,TangJin,WangWei,XuWanliang,ZhenXianxue,YangJun,RenFeiyang assistants of some offices.

　　During the meeting, Mr. HeQun gave a theme report named: “Keep quiet state of mind, Feel happy of being responsible for work.” He combined his own experience of working with the situation in and out of China, He told young teachers that the best way to realize the ideal and value of their own was to have a good state of mind . His wonderful theme report helped young teachers find a right direction and won him prolonged applause.

　　At last, president Xiong made a final conclusion. He thought highly of Mr. He’s speech and gave some advice to young teachers such as to have a good attitude and study modestly. He hoped that all the teachers in school could unite as one and try to get the first-class to realize the second goal of school.

　　良好的心态是成功的一半。为了帮助青年教师树立正确、良好的心态，11月6日晚上7点，棠湖中学青年教师培训会在一阶举行。培训会由副校长温元聪主持，由棠湖中学督导何群老师主讲。学校35岁以下教师参加了会议。

　　会前，熊校长宣布了学校各部门助理名单：任命刘冕、唐静和徐万良为学生处助理，任命曾宪雪、杨军和王武为学导处助理，任命任飞扬为行政办助理。

　　会上，何群老师作了题为《保持内心的宁静，感受尽职的快乐》的主题报告。何老师结合自己的工作经历和当前国际国内形势，从“明确教育、教师在当下所处环境，以保持内心的宁静”“不断提升自我，感受尽责的快乐”以及“找准目标，正确定位，实现自我价值”等三个方面告诫广大青年教师——只有拥有良好的心态，才能够实现自己的人生目标和价值。何老师精彩的报告给广大青年教师指明了方向，博得了台下阵阵热烈掌声。

　　最后，熊校长作了总结讲话。他高度评价了何群老师的主题报告，并结合自己在棠湖中学的奋斗历程，向广大青年教师提出了“端正态度，虚心学习”和“坐得住——站得住——走得出——留得下”的要求，并希望大家团结奋斗，勇争一流，实现棠湖中学第二次飞跃的目标。
